When I use Smart wake, HUAWEI Vision does not respond, but another device does

Smart wake is available for HUAWEI Vision when the following conditions are met:

  1. Smart wake is supported. Currently, this feature is supported only on HUAWEI Vision devices with a memory of 3 GB or larger.
  2. Voice wakeup/Smart wake is enabled.
    • Go to HUAWEI Vision > Settings > HUAWEI Assistant > AI Voice and enable Voice wakeup and Smart wake.
  1. Bluetooth is enabled.
    • Go to HUAWEI Vision > Settings > Connections > Bluetooth and enable Bluetooth.

If the target device continues to be unresponsive when these conditions are met, perform the following operations:

Prevent other devices from responding first

  1. If there are multiple HUAWEI devices (such as phones, tablets, HUAWEI Vision, and speakers) in your room and all have enabled Voice wakeup and Bluetooth, when you say the wakeup phrase to wake up AI Voice, these devices can intelligently collaborate to select one device to respond. The response priority of devices is as follows: speaker > HUAWEI Vision > mobile phone > tablet.
  2. If you do not want other devices to respond first, say "Do not respond" to them (which works for 3 minutes), and try using Smart wake again.

Update HUAWEI Vision to the latest version

View Update the HUAWEI Vision version to update your HUAWEI Vision to the latest version and try using Smart wake again.
