[HUAWEI] Cycle Calendar is unavailable on my watch/band

Cycle Calendar is currently unavailable on the HUAWEI WATCH 3 Series.

If Cycle Calendar is supported on your device but you can't find this app, perform the following to troubleshoot.

  1. Update your watch/band and the Huawei Health app to their latest versions.

    To update your watch/band, open the Huawei Health app and touch Devices, your connected device, and then Firmware update.

  2. Access the Health screen of the Huawei Health app, and check whether the Cycle Calendar card appears. If not, touch Edit and add the Cycle Calendar card, and then touch the card for the corresponding app to display on your wearable device. Download the feature package and complete data settings.

  3. If Cycle Calendar is still unavailable, disable Bluetooth on your phone, wait for more than 10 seconds, and then re-enable Bluetooth. Connect your phone to your watch/band and check again.

  4. If Cycle Calendar still cannot be found, restore your watch/band to its factory settings, and check again.

    Back up important data before restoring your watch/band to its factory settings, as the operation will clear all of your personal data from the device.

  5. If the issue persists, please call the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
