Finding a kids watch using the HUAWEI FamCare app

Ring watch

 

• Ringtone will be played on the watch even in Class time mode, vibration mode, or silent mode.
• This feature requires the watch to be powered on, connected to the Internet, and linked to HUAWEI FamCare. It works even when the watch is not in close proximity to the phone.

1. Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, and tap Find Watch and then Ring watch.

   The watch will play the ringtone twice.

2. After finding the watch, tap or press the HOME button to stop the search.

Report as lost

1. Open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, and tap Find Watch.
2. Tap Report as lost and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process.

   Reporting a kids watch as lost will lock the device, change its status to "reported as lost", and disable all features except for contacting the main admin via making or receiving voice calls. The Schedule on/off feature remains functional..

To cancel the loss report, open HUAWEI FamCare, tap Devices, Find Watch and then Cancel report, and follow the onscreen instructions.

 

• The lost status will take effect once the watch connects to the Internet.
• Once the watch connects to the Internet, you can view its whereabouts in HUAWEI FamCare.
