Resetting apps on the computer

Resetting apps on the computer
 
  • If an app is reset, the user data and the app settings will be cleared.
  • If Advanced options is not available in step 2, it indicates that the app cannot be reset.
  1. Search for "Apps & features" in the search box on the taskbar and open it.

  2. Select the app to be reset and click Advanced options.

  3. Click Reset.

  4. In the dialog box, click Reset.

  5. After the reset is complete, √ will be displayed next to the Reset button.
