My HUAWEI Eyewear series device cannot be powered on |
If your eyewear crashes or cannot be powered on, perform the following troubleshooting steps:
- Power it on by refer to the following.

- Connect the end of the charging converter with the charging port to a USB-C charging cable.
- Connect the other end of the charging converter to the two temples to charge the eyewear. Make sure that the indicators on the temples are on.
HUAWEI Eyewear
Connect the temples to the charging converter to charge the eyewear, and check whether the indicator on the converter is on. If the indicator is steady yellow or green, it indicates that the eyewear has been powered on. Then pair and connect the eyewear.
HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear II
Place the eyewear in the case, connect the case to the charger, wait for 5 minutes, and check whether the indicator inside the case is on. If the indicator is steady red, yellow, or green, it indicates that the eyewear has been powered on. Then pair and connect the eyewear for use again.
HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear
Place the eyewear in the case, and connect the case to the charger, while keeping the case open. Press and hold the Function button for 15 seconds, then wait for 5 minutes, and check whether the indicator inside the case is on. If the indicator is steady red, yellow, or green, it indicates that the eyewear has been powered on. Then pair and connect the eyewear for use again.
- Check whether there is a prompt tone when you wear the eyewear.
If the battery power of the eyewear is sufficient, listen for a prompt tone when you wear the eyewear. If there is no prompt tone, take off the eyewear, and wear it again.
- Pair and connect your eyewear again.
