Problem

After the user connects a Bluetooth mouse to the computer, the Bluetooth mouse suddenly cannot be used. The user cannot find a Bluetooth switch on the settings screen and finds one unknown USB device and other devices but not a Bluetooth driver in Device Manager.

Cause

There is an incompatibility issue between Microsoft and Intel chips. This issue rarely occurs.

Solution

• Power off the computer and then power it on instead of restarting it.
• After saving important data, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to forcibly power off the computer and then power it on.
