The Web Viewer app crashes when I use PC Manager to open videos

Problem

When the user installs PC Manager for the first time or uninstalls and re-installs PC Manager, they tap their phone against the Huawei Share sensor on the computer, or click Tips to play any operation guide video to open Web Viewer player, but the Web Viewer app crashes on its own and they find a dump file starting with "Web Viewer" under the "C:\ProgramData\Comms\PCManager\dump" directory.

Cause

1. This occurs because resources are missing, and WebViewer.exe crashes during initialization.
2. The ieframe.dll file is abnormal. As a result, there is an issue with the control player screen when loading, which further results in the webviewer.exe crashing.

Solution

Solution 1: if the issue is caused by the first reason, reinstall PC Manager or update it to the latest version.

Solution 2: if the issue is caused by the second reason, back up data and restart the computer. Press or hold F10 during startup to enter the system restore screen and reset the system.
