How to enable
Open the AI Life app, access the service widget, and go to Noise canceling > Dynamic. The earphones will automatically switch to the optimal noise cancellation mode (Cozy, General, or Ultra) based on your surroundings.

Prerequisites
- Update Audio Accessory Manager to 13.0.0.150 or later, and update the plug-in in the AI Life app to 2.1.3.53 or later. If you are using FreeBuds 5i, also update the firmware version to HarmonyOS 2.1.0.198 or later.
- The feature will soon be supported in the HUAWEI Music app. Please stay tuned for future updates. If you are using a HUAWEI phone, apply the settings in the AI Life app.
Scenario identification and icon display for subway rides, high-speed rail, and flights
- When paired with a phone running HarmonyOS 2.0 or later, FreeBuds Pro 3/FreeBuds Pro 2 supports icon display for noise cancellation during flights, but not during subway rides or high-speed rail trips.
- Update the AI Life app to its latest version.
- Enable Airplane mode and Bluetooth on your phone, and connect your phone to your earphones.
- Open the AI Life app and go to Noise canceling > Dynamic.
- Once the cabin noise is detected, the earphones will enter Dynamic (Ultra) mode, which will take effect automatically in the AI Life app to cancel out noise during the flight.

- When paired with a Mate 40 Pro/Mate 40 Pro+ running EMUI 11.0/HarmonyOS 2.0 or later, FreeBuds Pro earphones can detect whether you are on the subway, high-speed rail, or a flight, and the corresponding icon will display on the phone. On other phone models, these icons will not display, but you can use the intelligent dynamic ANC feature as normal.
- Subway, high-speed rail, and flight scenario identification and icon display are not supported on FreeBuds Lipstick 2/FreeBuds 5/FreeBuds 6i/FreeBuds 5i.
