| The remote control in the HUAWEI Vision app can't be connected to my HUAWEI Vision |
The HUAWEI Vision V Pro can only be connected via the AI Life app. Download the AI Life app from AppGallery and connect it to your HUAWEI Vision V Pro.
1. Enable Vision Control
On the HUAWEI Vision, go to Settings > Connections > Vision Control and enable Vision Control. If it has been enabled, disable and then re-enable it.
2. Make sure that the HUAWEI Vision App is running the latest version
HUAWEI Vision: Go to Settings > System > Software update to update the HUAWEI Vision app to the latest version.
HUAWEI Vision app on your phone: Touch the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, and go to Settings > Check for updates to update the app to the latest version.
3. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your Phone
Swipe down from the Status bar to open the notification panel, and then enable Bluetooth on your Phone.
4. Make sure that your Phone and HUAWEI Vision are connected to the same Wi-Fi network
If your Phone and HUAWEI Vision are not connected to the same Wi-Fi network, remote control information can't be synced to the HUAWEI Vision App/AI Life App.
5. Restart your HUAWEI Vision
Restart the HUAWEI Vision after it is powered off. It is recommended that you do this every 2 to 3 days, or set the HUAWEI Vision to Off mode when you turn it off.
6. Restart your router
Restart your router, and wait until your HUAWEI Vision and Phone are connected to the network, then try using the remote control in HUAWEI Vision app and AI Life app again.
