| I cannot access the network when I open MeeTime on my HUAWEI Vision |
If your HUAWEI Vision is connected to the network, and a message displays indicating that the network can't be accessed when opening MeeTime, perform the following steps to troubleshoot:
Check the network connection
- If this device cannot access the network either, the carrier network is faulty. Contact the carrier to resolve this issue.
- If this device can access the network, connect your HUAWEI Vision to a hotspot, and try using MeeTime again. If the connection is normal, the carrier's network is faulty. Contact the carrier to resolve this issue. If the connection is abnormal, perform the following steps:
Clear app data
- Go to > Storage, and choose One-touch optimization to free up storage space on the HUAWEI Vision.
App data: Delete all data for the selected app, including all files, settings, accounts, and databases. Remember to exercise caution when doing this.
- Once the one-touch optimization is complete, go to > Delete to clear the data files generated by the MeeTime app and try opening the app again.
Power off the HUAWEI Vision, and then power it on again
This should help the HUAWEI Vision clear apps running in the background, and optimize performance. Power off the HUAWEI Vision, and then power it on. Wait for 3 minutes, and try opening MeeTime again.
Reset
Exercise caution as doing this will clear all of your personal data.
On the HUAWEI Vision home screen, go to Settings > General > Advanced > Reset > Reset. In the displayed dialog box, touch OK. Your HUAWEI Vision will be automatically reset to its factory settings.
