The viewfinder image is black when the AI camera of the HUAWEI Vision S series is enabled in low light

Problem:

When the user uses a camera app in low light conditions, the images appear black and the face of the user cannot be recognized.

Solution:

The AI face exposure algorithm fails to work as the AI camera of the Vision cannot recognize your face in low light. Increase the ambient brightness and try again.
