Unable to receive STB signals after the HUAWEI Vision is restarted

Problem:

After the HUAWEI Vision is powered on and then connected to the STB for playback, it cannot receive STB signals. Restarting the STB can fix this issue.

Cause:

There is an issue with the STB.
