Adjusting the tilt: Hold the monitor panel with both hands and tilt the panel forward or backward.
Adjusting the height (only supported on Adjustable Swivel Stand Edition): Hold the stand with one hand and move the horizontal column on the back of the monitor upward or downward with the other hand.

Adjusting the tilt: Hold the monitor panel (head of the monitor) with both hands and tilt the panel forward or backward.
Adjusting the height: Hold the stand with one hand and move the monitor panel (head of the monitor) upward or downward with the other hand.
A monitor that supports height adjustment has its stand installed on the panel (head of the monitor). There are certain springs in the stand. The springs' elastic force and the weight of the panel form a mechanical counterbalance, so you can adjust the height of your monitor. (If you press the stand which is not installed on the panel, it will spring back after you release it.)
