Viewing the S/N of my HUAWEI monitor

Serial number ("S/N" for short) refers to a product's ID, and is also known as the machine number, authentication code, and registration code.

If you cannot find the SN, go to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. (Paper and electronic invoices and valid vouchers from e-commerce channels can act as warranty proof.)

View through the label on the packaging box

View through the nameplate on the device body

If you cannot find the packaging box, you can view the S/N on the nameplate of the monitor device body.

  • HUAWEI MateView SE/HUAWEI MateView SE Lite/HUAWEI Display B3-241H/HUAWEI Display B3-242H/HUAWEI Display B3-243H

    The nameplate is located at the port area on the rear of the monitor, as shown in the following figures.

  • HUAWEI MateView

    The nameplate is located at the bottom of the monitor, as shown in the following figures. Carefully place the monitor with its screen facing upward and view the nameplate.

  • HUAWEI MateView GT Series

    The nameplate is under the ports. Open the port protective cover at the rear of the monitor and view the nameplate under the ports, as shown in the following figures.

  • HUAWEI Display 23.8"
    1. Locate the button above the ports at the rear of the display , push the button upwards, lift the lower end of the base stand, and pull out the base.
    2. After removing the base, you can view the nameplate on the rear of the monitor, as shown in the following figures.

View through the OSD menu on the monitor (supported only by certain models)
