Perform the following steps to troubleshoot:
1. Network connection issues
- Switch between the mobile data and Wi-Fi network, and try again.
- Check whether you can send emails via Wi-Fi, but not via mobile data. If so, open Tablet Manager/Optimizer, go to , touch Email, and select both Mobile data and Wi-Fi.
2. Log out of the email account, and log in again
Open Email, go to Remove account to log out, and then log in to your account again to send emails.
