Unable to scan the QR code when I activate the eSIM service

When the user scans the QR code for activating the eSIM service, the message "Unable to recognize the QR code. Please scan again" is displayed

The QR code you scanned may not contain the correct electronic credentials for activating the eSIM service. Contact your carrier to obtain the correct electronic credentials and try again.

When the user scans the QR code for activating the eSIM service, the message "This profile is currently being configured by your carrier. Please try again later and follow the instructions given. Contact your carrier for more information" is displayed

On the watch, go to Setup > Mobile network > eSIM > Setup > Reset and scan the electronic credentials for activating the eSIM service.

When the user scans the QR code for activating the eSIM service, the message "Unable to load content. This profile is being used on another device. Contact your carrier for more information" is displayed

The electronic credentials you scanned for activating the eSIM service may have already been used. Contact your carrier to obtain new electronic credentials and try again.
