Checking and confirming data

If is displayed, it indicates that the currently measured data is similar to other records. If is displayed, it indicates that the scale cannot identify who the user is. You can perform the following steps to check and confirm your data:

1. Open the Huawei Health app and touch the Weight card.
2. Touch in the upper right corner of the screen and select Unclaimed data to check and confirm your weight data.

HUAWEI Scale 3: A user information conflict occurs if the weight difference is less than 2 kg when the weight is less than 80 kg, or if the weight difference is less than 3 kg when the weight is greater than 80 kg.
