Mark as spam
Web: Log in to your account, open the Inbox folder, open the email that you want to mark as spam, and click Mark as spam in the upper part of the screen. Alternatively, select the corresponding email and go to from the upper right of the screen. You can also right-click the selected email and select Mark as spam.
App: Log in to your account, open the Inbox folder, open the email that you want to mark as spam, and go to from the lower right of the screen.
- Only emails in the Inbox folder can be marked as spam. Emails that have been stored in the Spam folder for more than 30 days will be automatically and permanently deleted.
Unmark as spam
Web: Log in to your account, open the Spam folder, click the email that you want to unmark as spam, and select Not spam. Alternatively, right-click the email and select Not spam.
App: Log in to your account, open the Spam folder, open the email that you want to unmark as spam, then go to from the lower right of the screen.
- Emails that have been unmarked as spam are moved back to the Inbox folder.
