- Check whether you have accidentally moved the email to the Spam folder.
- Check whether you have accidentally added the sender to the Blocklist.
Web: From the upper right of the screen, go to , click the search icon to expand the search bar, then search for the corresponding sender's email address.
App: Touch the collapse icon in the upper left corner of the screen, touch Settings in the lower left corner, select the corresponding account, and touch Blocklist. Swipe on the screen to check whether the sender's email address is displayed.
If the sender is on the Blocklist, you can touch the delete icon (×) next to the sender's email address to remove it from the Blocklist.
- Check whether the network connection of your device is normal. There may be a delay for your emails to reach your mailbox depending on the network signal.
