Problem

After the fingerprint driver is updated using PC Manager, the fingerprint function does not work properly, which causes issues such as unlock failures and the display lags of the enrollment screen.

Cause

After the fingerprint driver is updated, the fingerprint sensor configuration and firmware also need to be updated. The update can only take effect after the computer is restarted, otherwise exceptions will occur.

Solution

Restart the computer by following the onscreen prompts for the fingerprint function to work properly.
