Cause

The printer has overheated when it is working properly.

Solution

1. Stop printing and wait for 30 to 60 minutes to check whether the issue persists. This issue may be caused by printing for a long time.
2. Separate a big print task into several batches to prevent the printer from printing for a long time consecutively.
3. If the issue persists, take your printer and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance. If your printer is newly purchased, you can contact your reseller or seller directly.
