This is probably because your device is blocklisted or under parental control, your device does not support the encryption mode of the router, or your device is placed in somewhere with weak Wi-Fi coverage.
Incorrect Wi-Fi password
Enter the Wi-Fi password again.
Check whether your device is placed in somewhere with weak Wi-Fi coverage
Place your device closer to the router, and check whether the device can connect to the Wi-Fi network. If so, it indicates that your device was located in a place with poor Wi-Fi coverage. Place the router in an open area, and minimize obstructions between your router and your device. Obstructions such as walls between your router and device can affect Wi-Fi signals.
Check whether the device is in the router's Wi-Fi blocklist/trustlist
Your router supports Wi-Fi blocklist/trustlist, which controls access to the Internet. If your device has been blocklisted by the administrator, you will not be able to access the Internet. If the administrator sets up a trustlist, but your device is not on the trustlist, you won't be able to access the Internet either.
- Connect a computer with normal Internet access to your router's Wi-Fi network. You can also connect your computer to the LAN port on your router using a network cable. Open the browser on your computer, enter 192.168.3.1 in the address bar and log in to the router's web-based management page.

Check whether Parental Control is set for your device
Your router supports the Parental Control feature to control the network access permission of devices. If the administrator has set Parental Control for your device, you cannot connect to the Wi-Fi network of the router.

Check whether the router's DHCP server feature is enabled
By default, the DHCP server feature of the router is enabled to allocate IP addresses to devices connected downstream. After the DHCP server feature is disabled, wireless devices such as mobile phones that automatically obtain IP addresses cannot connect to the router's Wi-Fi network.

Check whether the device supports the encryption mode of the router
Available encryption modes of your router are None, , and . If your device does not support your router's encryption mode, the device can't connect to your router's Wi-Fi network. It is recommended that you set your router's encryption mode to and try to connect to its Wi-Fi network again.

Check whether only the IPv6 protocol is enabled on the network adapter of the computer. It is recommended that you enable both the IPv6 and IPv4 protocols

Disable MLO
If your Wi-Fi 7 device fails to connect to the Wi-Fi 7 router, you are advised to disable the MLO feature.
Procedure: Log in to the router's web-based management page, click My Wi-Fi, disable MLO, and click Save.
