Message reminders from Health Clovers are not displayed in the HUAWEI Health app on my iPhone

Problem

No reminder (such as step count and breathing exercise) is displayed or pushed to the user's wearable device or phone's notification panel after a goal set in Health Clovers in the HUAWEI Health app on an iPhone is achieved.

Cause

The message push function is not enabled in the HUAWEI Health app.

Solution

• On the Health screen of the HUAWEI Health app, tap the Health Clovers card, tap in the upper right corner, select Health plan, and turn on the reminder switches for the tasks as needed.

  

• Go to the Me screen of the HUAWEI Health app, tap Settings, and enable Push messages and Goal reached.

  

• On your phone, go to Settings > Notifications, select the HUAWEI Health app, enable Allow Notifications, and select Lock Screen, Notification Center, and Banners.
