Unable to use the pre-installed screenshot tool

Problem

The pre-installed screenshot tool is unavailable after pressing Win+Shift+S.

Cause

This is an issue with the screenshot tool that comes pre-installed in Windows 11.

Solution

1. It is recommended that you use another screenshot tool instead.
2. Huawei has notified Microsoft of this issue. It is recommended that you update Microsoft patches.
