Hidden ambient light sensor

Detects the ambient light level and automatically adjusts the screen brightness.

Do not cover the ambient light sensor. If you need to use a screen protector, choose one with a purpose-built hole for the ambient light sensor.

Camera

Can be used for taking photos, video chats, and logging in via facial recognition.

Camera indicator

Indicates the camera's status. Lights up steady white when the camera is active.

Touchscreen display

Touch the screen to operate the computer.

Fingerprint power button

After enrolling a fingerprint, simply press the power button with the enrolled finger to power on and unlock the computer without having to enter a password.

Used for playing sound.

Touchpad

• Supports HUAWEI Free Touch which lets you control the computer more easily.
• Tap the NFC detection area which can be found on some Huawei phones against the Huawei Share sensor to use Huawei Share.

  Huawei Share sensor is located approximately in the center of the touchpad. It is not visible from the exterior.

Connects to a headset.

USB-C ports

• Connects to a power adapter to charge the computer.
• Connects to external displays such as monitors and projectors via a docking station.
• Connects to external devices such as phones and USB drives to transfer data.

Charging indicator

Indicates the battery's charging status:

• Blinks white: The computer is being charged.
• Steady white: The computer has been fully charged and charging has stopped.
