Unable to adjust the volume on my HUAWEI Eyewear series device or the volume suddenly increases

Problem

1. When the user adjusts the volume on the eyewear from a connected phone/tablet, the volume bar sometimes fails to display.
2. The volume on the eyewear connected to a phone/tablet is too high or too low and cannot be adjusted.
3. When the eyewear is connected to a phone/tablet, the volume suddenly increases from the third bar to the fourth bar.

Cause

Sync volume with phone or Bluetooth absolute volume is not enabled on your phone/tablet.

Solution

1. Update your phone/tablet to the latest version of EMUI/HarmonyOS.
2. Enable Sync volume with phone or Bluetooth absolute volume on your phone/tablet.

   If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to a nearby Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
