Problem
The glasses are connected to two devices. When device A is used for a video, game, or navigation service while a call comes in from device B, the sound from device A is played from its speaker.
Cause
When the glasses are connected to two devices, incoming calls have a higher priority. When device B receives an incoming call, the glasses are already occupied. The video, game, or navigation app running on device A does not respond to the pause command sent by the glasses. As a result, the sound of the incoming call is played from the speaker.
Solution
It is recommended that you manually pause the corresponding app on device A before answering an incoming call on device B.
Currently, HUAWEI Video and Bilibili can be paused on device A when device B receives an incoming call. It is recommended that you use HUAWEI Video and Bilibili.
