You can only use the press-and-hold controls to reject an incoming call. To do so, press and hold the swiping area on the side of the arms of the glasses.
Perform the following to troubleshoot the issue:
Keep the arms of the glasses and your fingers dry and clean.
The presence of water or oil stains may make the glasses less responsive to press-and-hold controls. Make sure that there are no oil stains, sweat, or other smudges on the arms and keep your hands clean and dry.
Ensure that the Bluetooth connection is normal
If the Bluetooth connection is abnormal, the glasses will be insensitive or will not respond when you press and hold the arms of the glasses. In this case, perform the following:
- Ensure that you wear the glasses properly, and do not wear them on the top of your head.
- Ensure that the glasses work properly and a prompt tone is played when you put them on.
- Make sure that the glasses' Bluetooth connection is stable. Try playing music on your phone to check whether sound is coming from both sides of the glasses.
Ensure that you press and hold the correct area on the arm of the glasses
If you press and hold the glasses in an incorrect position, they may not respond. In this case, press and hold the arm of the glasses in the position shown in the following figure.
Check how long you press and hold the arm
If you press and hold the glasses for less than two seconds, the glasses will not respond. Ensure that you press and hold the glasses for at least two seconds.
