Renaming the Bluetooth HUAWEI FreeBuds/FreeLace series and WATCH Buds earphones

You can change the Bluetooth name of the earphones in the Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet, or in the AI Life app (subject to the actual settings for iOS devices). The new name will only take effect on the current device, and will not be synced to any other phones/tablets.

• Phone/Tablet Bluetooth settings

  Connect the earphones to your phone/tablet, go to Settings > Bluetooth, swipe down and find About, tap Device name，enter the new device name and touch OK.

  

   

  • For HUAWEI WATCH Buds earphones, you can only change the Bluetooth name in the Bluetooth settings.

• AI Life app

  Connect the earphones to your phone/tablet, open the AI Life app, touch the earphones card on the home screen, swipe down and find About, tap Device name，enter the new device name and touch OK.
