Bullet comments jitter when I watch videos on dual monitors

Problem

Bullet comments jitter in Windows when watching videos on dual monitors.

Cause

When two monitors are used, the refresh rate on each monitor may differ.

Solution

Set the refresh rates of the two monitors to the same value in the Windows system.

1. Click on the Windows icon in the lower left corner of the screen, and go to Settings > System. On the Display screen, click on Advanced Display Settings, and set the refresh rates of the two monitors to the same value.

2. In the OSD menu, go to Game assist > Refresh rate, and touch the upper left/right corner. Make sure that the real-time refresh rate of the monitor is the same as that set in the system, and that the real-time refresh rate on both monitors remains consistent.
