Frame freezing occurs after the device is powered on
Despite the fast startup speed of HUAWEI Vision, the series of running processes preempt the CPU. As a result, the 4K video playback freezes slightly. This is resolved after about two minutes because the system becomes stable, ensuring smooth 4K video playback.
Frame freezing occurs when a USB flash drive is inserted
It takes a long time for HUAWEI Vision to scan the 4K videos in the USB flash drive. Video playback will resume once the USB flash drive scanning is complete.
Frame freezing occurs during voice wakeup
It takes a long time for HUAWEI Vision to recognize voice commands when playing a 4K video. Playback issues will be resolved once the voice command is recognized.
