HUAWEI Sound Joy series speakers fail to update

Problem:

When the user updates their HUAWEI Sound Joy/HUAWEI Sound Joy 2 speaker released outside the Chinese mainland, an update failure prompt displays in the AI Life app, but the speaker's indicator flashes green.

Cause:

The update fails in the AI Life app, but the speaker remains in the update process.

Solution:

Press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds to forcibly restart the speaker, and try again. During the update, do not disconnect the Bluetooth connection or exit the AI Life app.
