Viewing the MAC address
- You can view the MAC address at the bottom of the device.
- Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices to access the device details screen, and touch Device information at the bottom to view the MAC address.
- On the device details screen of your watch, touch Device info to view the MAC address.
Viewing the Bluetooth name
- On the device: The last three characters of the Bluetooth name are the last three characters of the device's MAC address.
- In the Huawei Health app: The Bluetooth name of the device is the name of the current connected device on the device details screen.
- On the device details screen of your watch, touch Device info to view the device name.
Checking the device version
- Open the Huawei Health app, touch Devices then your device name, and touch Firmware update to view the version number of your device.
- On the device details screen on your watch, touch Device info to view the version number.
