Managing your HUAWEI WATCH Buds Series earbuds

The following guidance applies when the watch cover is open or the earbuds are removed. (The cover opens with a gentle push on the cover-opening button.)

Managing the earbuds from your phone

  1. Open the Huawei Health app, navigate to the device details screen, and tap Earbuds.
  2. On this screen you can:
    • Choose from Noise canceling, Off, or Awareness mode.
    • Tap Sound quality & effects to choose from Default, Bass boost, Treble boost, and Voices.
    • Tap Gestures to set gesture controls for the earbuds, such as double-tapping to answer/end a call.
    • Tap Tip fit test to find out how well the ear tips fit your ears.
    • Tap Settings to enable or disable Auto-switch left & right and Wear detection.

Managing the earbuds from your watch

  1. Swipe down on the watch home screen to access the Control Panel, and tap to access the earbuds management screen.
  2. If you swipe up, you can:
    • Choose from Noise canceling, Off, or Awareness mode.
    • Tap EQ effects, then swipe up or down on the screen to select a sound effect (such as Treble boost).
    • Tap More settings to enable or disable Auto-switch L/R, reset the earbuds, or check the system version of the earbuds.
