1.
: Move measures the calories burned through physical activity, such as workouts, house chores, and other exercise. The Chinese Dietary Guidelines recommend that adults burn 240–360 kcal of calories every day, equivalent to 30 minutes of cycling, 10 minutes of walking, plus 20 minutes of playing badminton. The Huawei Health app calculates the recommended intensity based on expert conclusions and your own health information.
2.
: Exercise refers to the total duration of moderate- and high-intensity exercise you've engaged in today. The World Health Organization (WHO) recommends that adults get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise or 75 minutes of high-intensity exercise per week. Fast walking, jogging, and moderate-intensity strength training can improve cardio endurance and boost overall fitness.
3.
: Each hour during which you stand up and move around for at least 1 min counts into Stand. Sitting for too long is harmful. WHO studies indicate that sitting for long periods of time is linked to higher risks of high blood sugar, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and depression.
If you wish to disable Activity rings-related reminders, navigate to the Activity records screen, go to , and toggle off the target switches.
Moderate- and high-intensity exercise is determined by cadence and heart rate data. To estimate based on how you feel, these workouts are those that challenge you and significantly elevate your heart rate.
