Downloading the Huawei Health app

Visit the official Huawei website to download the app, or use your phone's browser to scan the QR code to download Huawei Health.

Method 1: Scan the QR code to download the app. (If you cannot scan the QR code directly, you can save it to your photo album and scan it later.)

Method 2: Scan the QR code on the pairing screen of your watch.

Method 3: Scan the QR code in the product manual or packaging, then download the app.

Updating the Huawei Health app

• EMUI/Android phones/tablets:

Open Huawei Health, tap Me and then Check for updates.

• iPhones/iPads:

Open App Store, tap your profile icon in the upper right corner, scroll to see pending updates and release notes, and tap Update next to HUAWEI Health.

Once updated, the Huawei Health app can't be rolled back to an earlier version.
