2. How you can manage the data
Legislation in certain countries and regions where we provide products and services stipulates that data subjects have rights to access, correct, retrieve and delete data. The user or their authorized third-party may access, retrieve or delete themselves. We’ve categorized how the users manage the data.

For data stored in the device, by viewing the Watch interface and the connected Mobile Health App, the user may access the data. It can be deleted via factory reset, through device settings ("System"> "Reset") or physical buttons (varies by model).
(2) Other Requesting methods and Request processing period
The user or their authorized third-party can also submit requests to us. Requests can be submitted through Email Support | HUAWEI Support Global.
We will make every effort to respond within reasonable period upon receiving a request to access your data. This period will be within a maximum of 2 months and subject to extension if necessary, depending on the number of requests and their complexity. If the request period is to be extended, we will notify the data subject of the situation and reason for delay. In the event of any time conflict between this section and local laws/regulations, the latter shall prevail.
