To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
1. Enable All contacts
If All contacts is disabled, you might not be able to find your contacts. Enable All contacts, and try again.
Open Contacts, tap /
, go to , and enable All contacts.
2. Log in to your HUAWEI ID again
Your contacts may have been saved in your HUAWEI ID and you have chosen to delete them from the current device when logging out of your HUAWEI ID. Log in to your HUAWEI ID again to retrieve your contacts from the cloud.
3. Restore deleted contacts

4. Switch user accounts
If you can't find your contacts due to having switched between MainSpace and PrivateSpace, or having accessed your device as a sub-user, you can access the corresponding space to view the contacts.
To access PrivateSpace, go to Settings > Privacy > PrivateSpace, and tap Log in.
To switch user accounts, go to Settings > Users & accounts, tap the current user, and then tap the name of the user you wish to log in to.
5 If the issue persists
If you have backed up contacts before, it is recommended that you restore the contacts that have been backed up. If not, try adding the contacts again and enabling contacts sync in Cloud Backup or Cloud.
