- Generally, the USB port of a computer can only provide a charging current of 500 mA (sometimes ever less due to differences in quality and computer model). Therefore, it will take much longer to charge your phone with a computer via a USB cable.
- It is recommended that you do not use the USB port of your computer to charge your phone. If you do, make sure you close apps running in the background or power your phone off beforehand. Otherwise, your phone may not charge at all or the battery level may even decrease.
- Use the charger that comes with your phone to charge the phone.
