Problem:

After enabling LTE high-speed mode, the data speed of the phone does not increase as expected.

Cause:

• LTE high-speed mode requires the support of your carrier's network. If the network does not support this mode, it is recommended that you turn off the LTE high-speed mode switch.
• If the carrier's network supports LTE high-speed mode, enabling this mode may not make the increase in the data speed noticeable when you are browsing web pages or watching videos. However, if you use a speed testing app to check the peak rates before and after LTE high-speed mode is enabled, the test results will show the data speed changes.
