This issue may be caused by the following reasons:
You swiped right on the screen during the measurement
You may have accidentally swiped right on your band/watch screen during the heart rate measurement.
During the measurement, follow the onscreen instructions to keep your wrist still and wear your device in the correct manner.
Other features caused the measurement to be interrupted
When there is an incoming call, alarm, or a reminder, music playback is started on your band/watch, or a workout is started in the Huawei Health app, the heart rate measurement will be interrupted.
In this case, put your band/watch on again or swipe right on the screen to start a new measurement.
You removed your earpiece during the measurement
If you are using a TalkBand and remove your earpiece from the strap, the heart rate measurement will stop.
During the measurement, make sure that your earpiece is in the strap.
(For agents) If the issue remains unresolved, collect information and escalate the issue.
