No video icons are displayed for admins/friends in Contacts on my HUAWEI kids watch

- Video calls are only available between the kids watch and its admins, and between friends added using kids watches. Normal contacts don't have video icons.
- Only 100 contacts saved in Contacts on the HUAWEI WATCH KIDS 4 Pro can have the video icons. It is recommended that you limit the number of contacts to less than 100, and then link admins or friends.
Make sure that the watch is connected to a stable network, and use a standard SIM card that does not have a negative balance and has data service and SMS activated. If the issue still occurs, troubleshoot it based on your specific scenario:
Admins do not have video icons
- Make a video call from the HUAWEI FamCare app on your phone. After the video call is successfully established, check if the issue is resolved.
- If the video icon still does not display on the watch, unlink the kids watch with your phone, relink the two devices, and then check if the issue is resolved.
Friends added on the watch do not have video icons
To make a video call with non-admins, go to HUAWEI FamCare > Devices > Parental controls > Chats & calls > Calls and enable Allow video calls with non-admins.

If the issue remains unresolved, call the Huawei customer service hotline for further assistance.
