Unable to find my earphones in my watch's Bluetooth list

Your Bluetooth earphones may be connected to other devices or are not ready for pairing, so your watch may not be able to find them.

  1. Restart your Bluetooth earphones or restore them to the factory settings to ensure that they are ready for pairing. For details about how to set your HUAWEI earphones to be ready for pairing, refer to this.
  2. Go to Settings > Earphones/Bluetooth on your watch, and touch the Bluetooth earphones that need to be paired.

  3. If the issue persists, try using other Bluetooth earphones.

The pairing mode is activated in different ways depending on the brand and model of the Bluetooth device you want to connect. For details, please refer to Connecting your HUAWEI watch to Bluetooth earphones. To learn more about different Bluetooth earphones, refer to their instructions for use, or contact their customer service.

Unable to connect to the earphones in my watch's Bluetooth list

  1. Restart your watch and Bluetooth earphones.
  2. Restore your Bluetooth earphones and watch to their factory settings, and try again. If you are using HUAWEI earphones, please refer to Resetting the HUAWEI FreeBuds/FreeLace series earphones or restoring them to their factory settings.

    Restoring your watch to its factory settings will clear all data. Please back up important data beforehand.
