The touchscreen is not responsive when used underwater in a snorkeling case

Problem:

The screen doesn't respond very well to touch controls when the user is using the device in a snorkeling case underwater.

Cause:

When used underwater, the screen cannot differentiate contact with water from genuine finger touches.

Solution:

Reduce touch controls when going underwater.
