There is a loud noise after ANC or Awareness mode is enabled on HUAWEI earbuds

Problem
Problem 1: There is a loud noise when the earbuds are touched
- When ANC, Awareness, or Clear voices is enabled on the earbuds, holding them in any of the following ways, such as adjusting the volume, pinching the microphone, holding the earbud handle with one hand, or putting the earbuds in a pocket, can cause continuous and sharp loud noises. The noises stop when the user releases the earbuds.
- When ANC, Awareness, or Clear voices is enabled on the earbuds, lying on one side, pressing the ear tips, holding the earbuds tightly, or pinching the microphone can cause intermittent or continuous loud noises. The noises stop when the user adjusts the earbuds.
Problem 2: There is a loud noise when the earbuds are not touched
After the earbuds are worn, the earbuds emit loud noises even if they are not blocked or touched.
Problem 3: There is a loud noise when the earbuds are placed in the charging case
For FreeBuds SE 4 ANC, if ANC, Awareness, or Clear voices is enabled, the earbuds are placed in the charging case, and the charging case is out of power, a short loud noise may be audible from the earbuds when the charging case is closed.
Problem 4: There is a loud noise when the hearing aid feature is used
When the hearing aid feature is enabled on FreeBuds Pro 5, Awareness is automatically enabled. In this case, covering ears or lying on one side can cause a loud noise.

Solution
If there is a loud noise when the earbuds are touched, performing the following:
- When taking or operating the earbuds, avoid covering the microphone of the earbuds, for example, the rear of the FreeBuds 6 earbuds handles.
- When holding the earbuds, keep your fingers slightly loose to avoid completely covering the earbuds with your palm. This can help reduce the chance of loud noises caused by an enclosed environment.
- Clean the earbuds on a weekly basis to ensure an optimal noise cancellation experience.
If there is a loud noise when the earbuds are not touched, perform the following:
- Select a pair of ear tips that best fit your ears and adjust the earbuds to ensure that they fit well in your ear canals.
- When taking or operating the earbuds, avoid covering the microphone of the earbuds, for example, the rear of the FreeBuds 6 earbuds handles.
- Clean the earbuds on a weekly basis to ensure an optimal noise cancellation experience.
- In quiet environments, set ANC to Cozy mode or disable ANC.
If there is a loud noise when the earbuds are placed in the charging case, perform the following:
If the charging case of your FreeBuds SE 4 ANC earbuds is out of power, charge the case. A charged charging case will automatically disable ANC or Awareness to suppress loud noises.
If there is a loud noise when the hearing aid feature is used, perform the following:
When hearing aid and Awareness are enabled on your FreeBuds Pro 5 earbuds, it is recommended that you keep your ear canal unobstructed (such as by hands and pillows) while wearing the earbuds, to avoid loud noises.
