Nano-SIM Card

Make sure that the number of the SIM card inserted into the kids' watch is the same as the HUAWEI ID logged in on the kids' watch.

Use a standard Nano-SIM card that does not have a negative balance and has data service and SMS activated on your kids' watch, to make sure that the network is normal. (The virtual carrier card, IoT card, and secondary card of the Multi-SIM service are not supported.)

Make sure that the kids' watch and the HUAWEI FamCare app are updated to their latest versions.

 
  • Main admin: To view the HUAWEI ID logged in on the kids' watch, open the HUAWEI FamCare app and go to Devices > Frequently used > More > Phone number/HUAWEI ID (watch).
  • Only video calls with watch admins and friends are supported.
