For details about how to pair your HUAWEI wearable device with another phone, refer to here. If the pairing fails, perform the following steps:
- Update your wearable device and the Huawei Health app to their latest versions.
- If you are using an iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone to check whether the wearable device has been previously paired with your phone. If so, tap
next to the Bluetooth name of the wearable device and tap Forget This Device to unpair the device. Then restart your phone.
- Make sure that your wearable device is ready for pairing.
- On your wearable device, go to Settings (
) > System/System & updates/Bluetooth > Connecting… (
), tap √, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the pairing. - If the device does not enter the Connecting... screen, access the settings screen on your wearable device and select Restore factory settings. (Restoring your wearable device to its factory settings will clear all personal data from the wearable end, and remove any transportation cards, access cards, bank cards, and car keys. Please exercise caution and back up your data before proceeding.
- On your wearable device, go to Settings (
- If the issue persists, please refer to My HUAWEI wearable device fails to link with the Huawei Health app for the first pairing attempt for troubleshooting.
