When you check the battery level of the earbuds and the displayed battery level of the earbuds is inaccurate or incorrect, perform the following steps:
- Update the earbuds' software and related app to their latest versions.
- Place the earbuds in the charging case with the case open, and wait for about 15 seconds. The battery levels of the earbuds and charging case will update and sync to your phone/tablet/PC.
If the earbuds are not in the charging case, the battery level of the charging case will not be updated and synced.
- Restore the earbuds to their factory settings and pair them again.
If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
